Description
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Extravecchio from the old vinegar factory of the Rossi Barattini family. For more than 25 years this condiment has been seasoning and aging in small barrels in the farm’s vinegar cellar.
Obtained from the processing of Trebbiano grapes whose must, cooked slowly, concentrates to give the best flavors and aromas.
According to the disciplinary, it ferments and acetifies naturally without the addition of adjuvants or induced thermoregulations
