Description
This sweet and sour condiment, based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, is aged for about a year in oak barrels.
The seasoning process in wood makes it particularly suitable for general use in the kitchen.
It can be used to accompany grilled, boiled and cold meats. Used both raw and at the end of cooking in a pan.
Excellent on cooked or raw vegetables and omelettes.
Conservation method: The product, both with an open and closed bottle, can be kept at room temperature between 6 and 30 °C in a dry place, keep the bottle closed with the cap. It is advisable not to subject the product to strong temperature changes, prolonged exposure to sunlight and/or storage in cold rooms.
